| Photos can now be purchased via credit card on this site via PayPal*. Simply go to the page of the photo you would like to purchase (start at the home page), and click on one of the frame purchase options (these options do not appear within the interactive slideshow) at the bottom of the page. If you are buying multiple framed prints, then click on the shopping cart after you have selected your prints and when you are ready to check out. |
Sizes The sizes are as follows:
| Type of Photo |
|
|
|
| Regular | 3.5"x5" image in 5"x7" frame | 5x7" image in 8x10" frame | 11x14" image in 16x20" frame |
| Panoramic (2:1) | 3.5"x5" image in 5"x7" frame (cropped) | 3x6" image in 8x10" frame | 6.5x13" image in 16x20" frame |
Frames The frames are matte black metal, with extra-thick mats. Also, the image is smaller than the mat opening, which creates a bit more of a feel of depth in the frame. If interested, you can also request (please contact dave@davehobbs.com) special frames with oversized mats which are quite attractive and unique, including $150 for a 5x7" print in 13x18" frame and $280 for an 11x14" print in a 24x24" frame.
If you would like larger prints or matted prints without frames, please feel free to contact me at dave@davehobbs.com. Also, feel free to come to an art fare that I am displaying at to purchase photographs in person (the remaining art fare in 2008 is the small Burgundy Farm Day School fair).
Shipping Currently (this will probably change), there is a flat $20 shipping charge on all orders. Note that, except in the unusual case that your photo(s) requested are already printed/framed, that each order will be printed and framed indvidually. This means that you should be receiving your order within two or three weeks. If you would like shipping outside the U.S., then please contact dave@davehobbs.com to work out shipping costs.
*PayPal. Note that you do not have to have or create a PayPal account to pay with credit card. Just look for the "Don't have a PayPal account?" to the left of the PayPal login box when you get to that point.
